Three in four executives are men among Forbes’ America’s Best Companies 2026.
Once again, Denominator is proud to be a data partner behind Forbes’ ranking, supporting the selection of the 500 best companies in America for 2026.
💡 Denominator contributed with human capital data, offering a fact-based view of how companies perform on the social side of sustainability.

Key findings include:
🔹 On average, women represent 28% of executive positions across the 500 companies.
🏆 Best performers have 38% of women executives and 40% of women at boards.
📉 Worst performers have 20% of women executives and 29% of women at boards.
📊 This means an 88% difference in women executives from best to worst.
🔹 When it comes to CEOs, 12% of the firms are led by a women CEO.
Denominator´s annual research with Moody’s has shown that companies that have more women on the board also have better credit quality.
