Scores and ratings are calibrated to the country demographics of where employees and customers are located.
As an example: A company with 100% Caucasian leadership in the US would receive a lower score than a company with 100% Caucasian leadership in Denmark, due to differences in the composition of the population.

Do you offer reported and estimated data?
Denominator offers both. Scores and ratings can be based on disclosed information publicly reported by the companies only or includes both reported data and modelled data to fill reporting gaps. A strength indicator is available understand much data is modelled. Estimates are based on bottom quartiles performance for country and/or industry peers.
